• Washing your branded hats is not recommended as it can damage the design and bend the shape of the hat. If necessary, handwash and line dry.
2. can i upload my design?
• yes, once you decide on a type of hat, you’ll be able to add your own custom artwork to it.
3. is there a limit to the number of colors i can add?
• embroidered designs are limited to 6 colors by default. but exceptions can be made depending on the design and order size. don’t hesitate to reach out and ask – our friendly staff will be happy to help.
