most of our garments are from american apparel, which means your entire apliiq garment has been manufactured in the heart of downtown la. a few select limited pieces are from various vendors and vintage providers. where does apliiq get their fabrics from? all over the world. london, israel, china, dubai, africa, france, etc. and of course, the fabric district in LA how do your sizes work? check out our size chart. what does "unisex size" mean? it's a guys cut but looks hot on men and women. ladies, usually order one size smaller than you normally would for unisex pieces. what does “upcycled” mean? upcycling is about adding value to old things to make them better. we upcycle old waste fabrics to make valuable new bags to package all apliiq products. does apliiq have other textiles not listed on apliiq.com? we are constantly finding new and amazing fabrics. we do our best to keep the site up-to-date but our shop often has newer fabrics- so come check them out or email us to inquire. buying apliiq products how do i shop on apliiq.com? simply add items to your shopping cart while you browse our site. you can add and delete products as you like. when you’ve decided on your items, enter any discount codes in the shopping cart. continue to checkout enter your billing and shipping info, decide your shipping service, and enter your credit card or paypal details. then place your order! when we receive your payment, your new apliiq gear will be sewn and shipped within 3-5 days of purchase and you'll be notified of the shipping details as soon as we've packaged your order. you'll be rocking the freshest gear in no time. what payment types do you accept? all credit cards and paypal what countries does your online store serve? they weren’t kidding about the world wide web... we ship all over the world. what is your return policy? see our return policy, here. what happens after i place my order? the apliiq crew gets crackin on creating your garment. please be patient, quality work can take a few days! rest assured that apliiq values your satisfaction and always does our best to provide you with products as soon as physically possible. we will even run to the post office in an effort to get your order to you asap! what are your shipping options, policies, and prices? feel free to check out our shipping policy, here. how do i ship to multiple shipping addresses? unfortunately apliiq does not offer an automatic way to process this type of request. however, after you place your order with one address, email us here and specify which items you would like sent where... and we’ll take care of the rest. do i have to sign for my shipment when it arrives? all online orders are processed with USPS and do not require signatures. if you would like to require a signature it is an additional $1.95. if you have a special request, simply call the workshop at 213.253.2727 or email us to let us know about your request before you complete your purchase. shipping charges may vary depending on the nature of your request. how can i track my order? we’ll send you tracking info. enter the tracking number we provide you on usps.com it's been 5 days since i placed my order and i haven't received tracking info, where is it? check your spam folder in your email! still not there? email us! cs@apliiq.com what happens if an item is backordered? we will notify you immediately and discuss your options. backordered items are unusual, however we appreciate your patience when these things happen. we are happy to fill your order in a different size or color... but if the delay and/or exchange is unsuitable for you, we will gladly refund your money and we certainly apologize for the inconvenience. what if my computer freezes in the middle of my buying transaction?
