Please keep in mind, all apliiq products are handmade and can vary slightly in fabric placement or patch sizing. Also, we use American Apparel base garments however, other garment brands may be used in the future. You can check out our size chart here or try on your size at your local American Apparel store.
If you need to return or exchange any product based on the guidelines below, we will gladly attempt to make it happen. We start processing your Apliiq product immediately. Therefore, cancellations or modifications to Apliiq orders are often not possible.

Apliiq merchandise can be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days from ship date excluding shipping and handling costs. To receive a refund, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed as solely determined by Apliiq. All shipping and handling costs for refunds are the responsibility of the customer. If you need to return your Apliiq product, please follow the instructions below. We reserve the right to limit returns.
Call or send us an email immediately to see if we can resolve the issue quickly. We may then ask you to send your product, a note with your first and last name, reason for return and your Apliiq invoice order number to:

Domestic exchanges are responsible for paying shipping to Apliiq. Unfortunately, international orders must pay return shipping both ways for exchanges. When we receive your international exchange, we will email you an invoice for the return shipping cost. When you have paid the return shipping, we will mail your exchange and email you tracking information for your package.
Sometimes instead of an exchange if there is a mistake with your order we may allow a discounted repurchase and payment for the shipping one way as the best way to resolve the problem as solely determined by Apliiq.

shipping policy
Apliiq aims to produce and ship orders within 3-5 days of order placement.
Although shipping dates are not guaranteed, USPS Priority is typically 2-3 business days for the lower 48 states and up to 2 weeks for international. USPS Express is usually 1-2 business days for for the lower 48 states and 3-5 business days for international. USPS delivers to the address where you normally receive your mail- if you have a p.o. box- use it!
Apliiq will notify you of tracking information when your order ships- please check your spam folder if you haven't received your tracking info!
SPECIAL NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
