PRIMARY CONSTITUENCY
The HOPE Campaign launched in January 2007 and initially worked to
bring the crisis in Darfur, Sudan to the forefront of the media by
raising awareness through the creative class and developing projects and
funds to help existing educational and social projects move forward in
sustainability.
Through collaborations with the Creative Community, the HOPE Campaign
has highlighted ways artists can educate themselves and others about
humanitarian and social issues in Sudan, Rwanda, Kenya, Congo and
America and supported workshops and programs focused on education and
peace in East Africa and the US.
With the help of contemporary artist Shepard Fairey and hundreds of
participating artists and groups, the HOPE Campaign has raised awareness
for ongoing humanitarian and social issues to millions of people across
the world and continues to grow and build through the involvement and
interests of more philanthropic artists and groups.
Join the HOPE Campaign and help bring artists and media to places in need.
