Full, Cut, & Sew
Many fashion brands aspire to create entirely custom products from scratch. If you have a strong vision for exactly how you want a product to look, act or function, and there are no existing products today that meet the bill, it’s very possible that you will need to create that item from scratch using full cut & sew production.
Full cut & sew production typically requires sourcing materials, technical design (tech pack creation), sampling, then full production, then shipping. Typical minimums per style range from 600 to 5000 depending on the factory you utilize and that style you are creating.
A typical overseas production run will take 6 to 9 months from concept to delivery of finished garments. These ranges can sometimes be collapsed if you utilize existing materials, patterns, or other assets provided by the factory. In order to make full cut and sew production work, you will need capital, good planning, and technical expertise to develop new products.

Update Shopify App
In some cases, you may need to update your Shopify app in order to begin using Apliiq warehouse. If you need to update your app, you will be prompted to automatically. Apliiq warehousing requires permissions in addition to basic print on demand features within your store.
Create Warehouse Shipping Profile
Simply go to your setting page and select the shipping tab, then select which factory you will be using. The Apliiq Print on Demand app will create a shipping profile for each
Setup Your Products In Warehouse
Setting up products in your Apliiq Warehouse only takes minutes. There are two easy ways to create products; they can be imported from your saved designs page or they can be imported directly from your Shopify store. Simply click the “new merchandise” button on your warehouse page to get started.

How much does Apliiq warehousing cost?

Why don’t I see warehousing available in my account?
We are happy to activate warehousing in partner’s accounts, but we prefer to meet with partners to cover basic warehousing rules and requirements prior to getting started. Our friendly team members can also answer questions you may have and help you strategize which items will be best to warehouse vs make on demand. Simply book a call.
Can I send in any type of product to Apliiq?
No, there are restrictions on what products can be stored at Apliiq warehouse. Some restricted items are; illegal or age-restricted items, combustible items, perishable items, items that are too large or too heavy. See our terms for a complete list.
Can I purchase in bulk from Apliiq and have Apliiq store the items?
Yes, once you have warehousing activated in your account, simply select “warehouse my items” instead of providing a shipping address.
Is there a minimum fee to use warehousing?
Yes there is a small monthly minimum fee, you can check it here.
Does Apliiq have to make my products in order to use Apliiq warehouse?
No, you can have products made anywhere you want and have them sent into Apliiq for storage and fulfillment.
What happens if I run out of inventory?
Apliiq will hold the orders under your pending orders tab. You will have to send in more items, once you do, your orders will be processed and fulfilled. If your products were imported from Apliiq saved designs, it’s also possible to have items made on demand.
