All apliiq items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

We are committed to making your product right the first time and we love working with customers to make that happen. If you have any additional artwork specifications, please ensure they are submitted as part of your saved design as artwork notes or additional files.

Each new artwork file is reviewed by an Apliiq team member prior to production of your final product. Our team will send approvals as necessary, which you can approve or deny through your Apliiq account.

Please note that we do not make color corrections nor do we color match for every order. These services are available for an additional fee upon request. This means that the image that you see on your computer may vary from the product that you receive. Color matching fees vary depending on the artwork and start at $25.
